The following countries recieve tracking for their orders. If your country is not on this list, know that your order has a higher chance of getting lost and you acknowledge you are buying at your own risk.

Address Changes

If you an update to your address, please contact us by March 15th, 2025. You may contact us after then, but we will not be able to change your address after a package has already been sent out

Replacement and Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.

We may offer a replacement package only in case of items being damaged or going missing through the fault of our own negligence or mispacking. For damages, please contact us within one week of recieving your package with photos of the damaged products and your order number.

We cannot send a replacement package due to issues stemming from

-The buyer mistyping their address
-Damages caused by the negligence of the postal system
-Packages being lost by the postal system
-Packages discarded as a result of not making it through the recipients customs.
-Any other issue that is not the fault of the Heart of The Ouroboros moderation team

Please contact your mail carrier to resolve any issues before reaching out to the Heart of The Ouroboros team. If they can not resolve the issue please reach out to [email protected] and we will see if there is anything we can do about the situation. We retain the right to reject requests for cancellations, returns, and replacements at our own discretion.

Taxes - Duties - Customs

For international orders, your order may be subject to Import tax, VAT, or other fees at customs. They are not included in the bigcartel sale price and are solely the responsibility of the customer to pay should they incur. We cannot mark items as gifts to avoid an import tax, as it is illegal.
